THE LOGISTICS OF A COLLECTIVE...
Collectives are small cohorts of collective learning (hence the name).
Each collective is made up of six to eight other leaders and will meet six times for 1.5 hours over three months.

6-8 PEOPLE
AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS.
Individuals can sign up for a collective which will consist of other leaders from a variety of organizations with similar learning goals.
Organizations can also bring collectives into their companies to create collectives consisting entirely of internal leaders or teams.
