Having led in a Fortune 50 organization, I know how intimidating it is to learn new abilities and how much pressure there is to deliver more with fewer resources. I also know what it takes to evolve as a leader and how to build up strong teams.

During my more than 20 years fostering leaders and growing teams, I received world class leadership development. Where I struggled was applying the knowledge in my head to the challenges my teams and I were facing. Applying new skills to complex situations does not happen by accident.
